I had to call several times to try to find out when they were going to come to fix my air conditioner after the initial diagnosis. They never could give me an answer than one day someone just showed up while I was at work and started fixing it without even giving me an estimate. Then after all that they charged me $267 to install a $45 thermostat from Home Depot. It took less than 10 minutes to install. Buyer beware

Just finished a preventive air conditioning maintenance visit. Changed the air filter, flushed the drain line to prevent clogs, and tested compressor and fan motor amperage. Unit is operating within normal range and ready to handle the heat.
